BreakTime app
Good ergonomics and physical well-being are vital ingredients of quality work. Our bodies function better when they’re in regular use. BreakTime is an app I use everyday to keep me moving: after thirty minutes of work, it reminds me to take a one minute stretch break. This alone has helped me reduce the back pain that coders like us feel (far too commonly). I use the Mac version, but they also have an iOS version (that I haven’t tried yet).
